It is in the box or if you bougth download you got a mail with the key, see in the spam box

Besides the panflet and the disc the box is empty.

Look at the back-side of the booklet. The serial number is there on the bottom, reading something like this:
ABCDE-12345-FGHIJ-67890-KLMNO
Be Aware, this is just an example and NOT an existing serial number. The real serial number would more like a mix of numbers and letters.

Quite right yes, on the reverse (back) of the panflet (user's maunual) in a little white box there is the serial number

Ah right, well in that case, if it is not on the back page have you looked at the second to back page?
Or in the case of some other users, there is a little white sticker maybe loosely in the box somewhere?

I hope you find it    If not then it's probably best to contact a moderator, I think everyone seems to go to Mad_Fred when they have a problem with their license key.

If I show the Ship Simulator Administrators proof that I bought it, would they give me a liscence key?

If you can provide proof of purchace, then you can indeed get a license key for your game.

You may send such proof to info@shipsim.com , accompanied by a short description of the problem, in your case, a missing license key on your copy of the game.
